Our experienced coaches combine structured skill development with plenty of fun, helping athletes build strength, coordination, flexibility, confidence, and a love for gymnastics.

PARTIES
The ultimate gymnastics birthday party!
Celebrate your child’s birthday with exclusive time in the gym for running, jumping, flipping, and fun, followed by time in our private party room.
Our staff keeps the party moving and handles the setup and cleanup, so parents can enjoy the celebration too.
OPEN GYM
90 minutes to flip, play, and explore!
Open Gym gives kids ages 5 years old and up the freedom to practice their favorite skills, explore the gym, and have fun with friends in a supervised environment. Scheduled on Fridays, 6:30–8:00 PM, no regular enrollment required—just sign up and come play!
SUMMER CAMP
Summer days are better at the gym!
Our Summer Camp welcomes boys and girls ages 4–14 years old for days filled with gymnastics, games, challenges, activities, and plenty of fun.
Whether your child already loves gymnastics or is trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome.
COMPETITIVE TEAM
For gymnasts ready to take the next step.
Our competitive program gives athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves, develop higher-level gymnastics, and experience the excitement of competition.
Our coaches focus on strong fundamentals, individual progression, teamwork, and confidence, with athletes placed at the level that best supports their development.

ABOUT US
Founded in 1994, Straddles Gymnastics has shared our love for gymnastics to over 3,000 students. We are Located right by Croton-Harmon station, we are easily accessible from Croton, Ossining, Briar Cliff, Montrose, Buchanan and Verplank. Our 3,500 square foot facility features a multitude of training equipment and a party room, and has ample parking.
